Rates are quoted in USD.
 
All rates quoted are net prices and are exclusive of Tourism GST 8% and CITY TAX USD 8.00 per person per night regardless of age. Standard Rates include breakfast and bad. Maximum occupancy per room is three (3) adults or two (2) adult and one (1) child or two (2) children under 12 years.  Extra bed charges for children below 2 years will be free of charge and baby cott will be provided on request.  Extra bed charges for children above 2 years  will be USD 15.00 for BB and USD 30 for HB and inclusive of breakfast and sharing in the parents room. Extra bad charges for adult or child above 12 years old will be charged USD 25.00 for BB and USD 37 for HB. Day use checkout time is 12:00 pm irrespective of hours of stay. 

Airport Transfer:

Taking a schedule ferry from Male’ takes about 90 minutes, and costs USD 2 per person per way. Regular schedule ferries are available between Male’ and Maafushi, everyday except Friday, leaving Male’ at 3:00 pm and departure from Maafushi at 7:30 am.

Transfer from airport to Maafushi takes about 35 minutes by speedboat directly. This service is available 24 hours. Travel by speedboat will cost about USD 165 at day time and at night time USD 185 per way per booking. Requests need to be made in advance in order to arrange transfer efficiently.

Period of Occupancy:

Confirmed rooms will be available for occupancy after 12:00 pm on the day of arrival. Checkout time is 12:00 pm. Late checkout is subject to room availability. Rooms used beyond 12:00 pm on the day of departure can be charged at day use rate.
 
Cancellation:

All cancellation of reservation should be notified to the hotel 07 days prior to the date of arrival. In case of cancellation of reservation is less than the specified period, the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
 
Payments:

All payments should be made by accepted currencies in Maldives, directly to the hotel or paid in advance to the permitted agencies.
